What are the typical frequency, length, and duration of treatment sessions?

▸ Research on effective treatments indicates that weekly therapy is usually optimal, although this may vary on a case-by-case basis. The therapy hour is 45 minutes long. The duration of treatment is based on the nature and severity of the problems and the treatment goals and plan. The treatment planning process will include discussion of treatment duration.

Can I use my insurance?

▸ I do not work directly with insurance panels but if you have a PPO or another plan that allows you to select an out-of-network provider, you may be able to get reimbursement from your insurance carrier. I provide you with a statement to submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement.

What are your fees?

Do you treat adolescents and adults?

▸ Yes, I see a wide range of ages including adults and adolescents aged 16 and over.

Can we meet via telehealth?

▸ Yes, during the pandemic, I am conducting sessions via video and telephone until it is safe to resume meeting in person.

We will discuss the variables that impact your comfort level, and I will endeavor to do what I can to optimize it.
